An investment in the future of mobility

Roadmap

Our contribution

IPNV

Individual Ppersonsnahvreturn to reactivate disused lines in rural areas.

Our mission

With our motto „Let's dare to think ahead“We are successfully driving MONOCAB forward. Within three years, we have proven that our vision works and is met with great interest:" Innovation made in OWL.

The way forward

Our goal is to initiate „test-regulated operation“ with an initial fleet of MONOCABs in 2028 – initially in Extertal and on further selected routes.

In this process, we are continuously developing our vehicle from TRL 5 (prototype vehicle in operational environment) to TRL 9 (qualified system with proven successful deployment).

Current

Two funded projects are currently underway with a volume of around €12 million for the further development of the vehicle and the technical prerequisites for upgrading the existing infrastructure by 2027.

We want to enable individual passenger transport in order to create an additional mobility offering and to expand and supplement the modal split in rural areas. Our goal is to offer an alternative that is „as good as your own car“.
