Who is behind MONOCAB?

Many of us wanted to be a train driver as a child. Today, research, industry, and public institutions are working together to develop new mobility solutions for rural areas.

The original initiator and ideas person for the project is the Lippe Regional Railway Association.. The association initiated the idea, but is no longer part of the project consortium.

Responsible for the technical development of the MONOCAB System:

The Lippe District supports the initiative as a patron. District Administrator Dr Axel Lehmann has accompanied the project as patron since its inception.

Furthermore, numerous Educational institutions, Clubs and The company in the joint project.
